The new issue of Car and Driver has a nice little write-up about the Toyota Supercar due as early as 2006. According to the article, Toyota representatives have indicated that they wouldn't produce it until they get some victories in F1 races. Its reported to have a v10 and 500+ hp and retail at between $100-120k. Interesting stuff...

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

well... i will be starting my salesman's spot at the Toyota dealership near me (coming from Ford/Chrysler). As from the GM from the store...

1. The Supra will come/annouce in 2006 to compete with the Z
2. The MR2 will be back as a hybrid
3. The next line of Scions will blow my socks off
4. Toyota has more money than any company in the business. And if wanted, could make a mass-purchase of buying all of GM without a loan. Thats huge.
5. The Volta will be made as of news now

I dont really expect the GM to B.S. me that much, so I expect most if not all of this to be true.
