well thanks to some dickhead, i need to put in a new window... so im going to pick one up at a junkyard for $40 as soon as they call me back.... i started talking apart my door so when they call me i can just pick it up and put it in... i got off the door panel no problem, but theres still a big piece i need to take off...

Roll the window about half way down and you can see the bolts that hold the window in place(one of the bolts will be seen through that round hole beside the bright yellow screw holder in your picture), take those out and remove the old window frame and put your new window down into it. Just make sure you have both sides of the window in the tracks that keep it lined up.
