Hey, I'm new to the forums and was looking into getting a 6th generation celica, it seemed to be in my price range and I'm getting bored with my Catera. Anyways I just had a few simple questions. Does it have airbags. How do insurances companies look at them, I don't have the best driving record and the cost of insurance is probably going to be the biggest decision maker in which car I get. One last thing is I was wondering what the stock acceleration was like, 0-60 and 1/4 times basically.

If you plan on swapping engines, I wouldn't reccommend upping the power just yet. a good idea would be to work on suspension and aesthetics. Or you could put you're money on the Browns this week, double your money and buy the engine right now. If all you will ever have to spend is a G, you could get exhaust, intake and possibly a header.
