Im thinking of going the same route.When I started my swap people told me that I couldnt use a MR2 3SGTE ecu to run the alltrac motor and they said that I couldnt use my factory harness and I did And Im doing the same thing as you having to move the wire from pin to pin to make it work.The aem is probably the best standalone system around for our cars.But not to many people know this or dont want to spend the money.Im glad everything worked out for you and have some fun with it now after all the hard work!
