hey guys.. i just got dumped.. i feel like ****. i went for a 4 miles run and now i'm tired and depressed.. last time it took me forever to get back on my feet..
 any one know anyway to speed up this process. my friends promised to take me to a strip club.. but i dont really want to go. i feel like crap..

Dont worry, you'll move on... There's pleny of fish in the sea they always say.... But this is what I did wen I dumped my ex bf and ws sad about it. I just put myself in a positive enviroment... Like in my case, hanging with good buds, seeing a movie, shopping (that always makes me feel better  ). Just treat yourself to something good and keep your mind ocupied, so you wont havta think about what hapend....Hope that helps... Hope everything all good with you *Sabrina P.S.
