My stock CD player ain't reading my regular and burnt CDs. All it does is keep spitting the CD back out! Does anyone know what wrong with it ?

Does your head unit display read "no CD" then spit the CD out. If it does its
not focusing, this could be wear or more likely a lens clean is required.If the CD spits out without a message its more likely the CD isnt being fully seated in the cradle internally(even though it may have appeared to enter the unit fully).Like Mac says this could be due to mechanical problems, rubber rollers etc, some electrical contact cleaner on the rollers with a swab might work.., Jon |
