I've had my car for 4 years, and driven 55,000 miles (total 114,000 miles). I have changed the radiator coolant, auto trans fluid, timing belt, other belts, air filter, spark plugs, but I have NEVER changed the power steering, brake fuild, or fuel filter.
Anyone know the interval for this changes and is a fuel system flush needed? I use fuel system cleaner, and injector cleaner every 3000 miles. Thanks exx This post has been edited by exxtractor: Oct 26, 2004 - 11:22 PM |

Heres a question: Where is the fuel filter located on ST and GT. Ive asked some friends and they say they are typically located by the fuel pump by the tank. Does that mean taking the back seats out and accessing it that way. They also said in some cases the tank needs to be dropped and it is a beatch. I dont think that is necessary in celicas though. Fuel filters are supposed to be changed once a year on 8+ year old cars. The interval for new cars in general is 30,000 miles or 2 years.
