Well it looks like there is a 50/50 of me doing the 3s swap (damn bro won't make up his mind). Anyways, if i get the OK tonight, first thing tomarrow i will be ordering the st185 3s-gte front clip from venus. Well the thing is, Venus sent me some pics of the clip, but it did not look like the clips ive seen before. here are the pics, i don't want to get screwed.
Maybe it's just the angle, maybe it's just me, or maybe its the fact that im about to dump 1500 for the clip. Who knows, here are the pics.

mine reads 200ish all accross...

all that means is that the motor has even compression, but a lot of carbon build up and thats why your readings are so high.

when shopping for a clip, you need to take your time and not just buy whats in stock at the time. keep looking and find a clip that donst look like it was sitting out in bad weather for a year.

if you want, you can contact the guy me and Doge got our clips from. 360-398-9248. RSimports . he is a small importer, but his motors are quality and the prices are fair.
