We currently have a complete St205 Celica alltrac front clip with the 245hp 3sgte engine and air to water intercooler. This front clip can be purchased with or without the body parts which are in good condition. Also comes equipped with tein coilovers. And finally, there is just no absolute comparison when you are talking about power output and torque charecteristics when comparing the two engines.

Edit: I disagree

Although the gen3 produces more power in its stock configuration, all of that power comes from simple improvements that can be applied to a gen2 engine.
