I know that California celicas have less horses because of emmision laws. But what reduces the power. Is it a chip or a restricter plate kinda thing. How easy would it be to make a non CA celica legal for CA (better yet a turn CA celica to a non legal and then turn it back when ever i need to)
Its a potenial 5 hp that might not be to hard to get. |

Cali specific cars will be a thing of the past, as manufactuers are now making 50 state smog legal cars... but this dosnt help us now does it ![]() and new cars dont need a smog check till they are 5 years old. first smog check for my WRX is scheduled for Feb. 2010 HAHA -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
