 Rearview Mirror Broke, Switch on it snapped |

So I'm driving home from the gym just now and I go to flip the little switch on the rear view mirror and it snapped. A little piece of the plastic broke off and went flying. So now, the mirror only stays only in the nighttime mode if I hold it forward in the regular, it works, but as soon as I let go, it flops back to the dark. Any idea on how to fix it?

hmm, mine came lose from all the vibrations from the Tempest
 , thing is though it wong tighten....probably stripped or somethin, ohwell.
