Modern martial arts is too compatition based. That's why I like Tang soo Do. It originated in Korea about 2k years ago. We still practice the same forms and general teachings our founders came up with. there is one old special forces guy that takes with me... He's formerly Jeet Kune Do... for a 60+ year old man he will Seriously kick your ass.
