 RHD WHY are they illegal again?, Details? |

I hear left and right that RHD drives cars are illegal in the USA. Now my questions is, are they illegal b/c THEY ARE RHD or b/c of the other little things? Like 1. NO EGR? 2. The DOT stuff (sorry dont remember anything about that)? Or both, which is it? From what i hear there are people here and there that have RHD cars here in the US even HERE in L.A. Ive seen a R32 around here and i think a R33. But I'm not sure if they have been registered. If registering them were such a big deal are then how are they on the streets? How do i get me a RHD car and get it registered? I'll make most of the changes that are needed like the DOT approved stuff if thats all it takes to register it.

Yeah i agree with you about the left turns.....
but i'm sure we all do stuff more dangerous than that daily, when on the road... you just learn to compensate over things like that !!! --------------------  Life is for living, and you don't get a second chance Take care now !! |
