anyone have some? im looking to do this but i need some ideas on the type of switch, location, etc. also, the wires i cut have to go from the hu to the switch and from the switch to the antenna, right? i dont really understand how to install the switch.

just to put it clearly, when you turn the HU on the antenna goes up. Off and it goes down. Now if you put a switch / interupter on the blue wire, if the HU is on and antenna is up, hit the switch and antenna down. The switch cuts power to the antenna, telling the antenna motor the HU is off and retracts the antenna.
When I listen to CDs I hit the switch and the antenna goes down. I have a little switch under the dash. Nothing special about it. I did this when I put in a power antenna on my ST
