 Procarparts Clear Signal Lights, Will they fit my 96 ST? |

Will ProCarParts.com's clear signal lights fit in my Celica? It says they have to have the foglights. Now mine have the foglight cutouts, but no foglights. Are the foglights required for the wiring or something?
