Anybody else take martial arts?

I agree, martial arts for all. I should get back into some kind. I've spent my life trying to turn myself into an asskicking machine. Now that I'm 20, I feel like I need more. Something that I got with Tae Kwon Do, but I wasn't mature enough to stick with it. By the way, Kwanza, you are the mouthiest Asian I've ever seen. I roomed with a kid from Japan last year and I always hung out with him and the other Asian students. I didn't think Asians were anything but considerate, humble, and nice. I guess thats sterio typing though, same as saying every American is a jerk. That's what my roommate said to me, said I was the only American that wasn't rude, loud, obnoxious, and unconsiderate. He hated Americans. The raciest bastard. lol

That would be a stereotype. I'm not exactly loud, but I don't hestitate to speak my mind. That doesn't mean I'm not considerate, humble, or nice... I'm just me. The guys that know me on the boards, that ask me stuff personally and privately, know me better than simply assuming from my posts. You can't ever classify anybody...

And no... I'm not Korean. It would show much better ettiquette if you simply asked my nationality instead of labeling it something (korean).

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you. You make a good point in saying that I don't have enough info to go on, I am basing my opions only on your posts. You can't hold a person down with a label. But you must admit, from your posts you don't come off as kind and considerate. You and I have had our arguments before. Personally, I don't mind them. I enjoy a good conversation/agument every now and then. I'm for keeping it up to contiue to make these forums more interesting. Martial arts for all, find the peace inside you. Budda

No offense taken... don't worry bout it bro... I don't get very worked up about things. Most of the posts I make are almost always of the same tone and get misinterpreted easily. I do that on purpose sometimes to 'figure' out how the respondee's react to me (then from there to anywhere)... for the most part, assume my posts are of the calm nature. If I want to offend, I can easily do it... ;]

And for my time on the boards i've learned a few things. One of them being, dont argue with Kwanza because he is almost 100 percent right all the time. smile.gif

Hehe *flattered*... I sometimes wish it were the opposite. It'll be much easier to just have someone be able to answer questions for me rather than having to research and pains-takingly figure it out. Then again, usually my questions are pretty specified... =]
