Say i purchase a GTfour form japan and it gets sent over....... what do i have to do to get it leagal..... i know this has been asked but how much does it cost...?

there has to be a way, I have seen cars on the road that are tottaly not crash safe (wierd dune buggy things and such) and are registered, and in the state of CA no less.
