Hey im new I'm Cragspiders little brother and i will be aqquiring the celica soon and it needs a new engine, so im in need of a swap. my dad and i have been talkign bout just doing the gt engine if it is a straight swat or a 4age or if i could find a new gts engine but not sure plans for the car are to turn it into a autocross racer on the weekends so engine would be built for that so needing help here.

Turbo 20V 4AGs have been done with excellent success. Hich static compression, ITBs, 3 Intake valves per cylinder, with boost makes a whole lot of power. It's a matter of tuning the engine and not letting it go lean with that high of compression...
Oh yeah... if you plan on going turbo with a 20V 4AG, do it with a silvertop. The Blacktop bottom-end isn't a turbo friendly set-up... -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"
