aight well i just changed my bulbs for my clear bumper lights i made..from orange to zeon white

i always thought there was two different bulbs in that housing, because my right parking light isn't on when my headlights are on, my left one is on though. but my right blinker still works. maybe i have a weird wiring problem. anyone know anything about that?
