I picked up some power door panels a long time ago, and now I'm getting around to custom-modifying them to remove the switches and have them look smooth.
I'm just not sure how I'm going to finish them. I was thinking that I could spray them completely with Krylon wrinkle finish and then some durable satin black paint. But that wrinkle finish is pretty ugly stuff in my opinion, and it would never look as good as stock. Or I could sand them down completely and shoot them with a gloss black and clear coat to have something different. But then they wouldn't be very durable and would be very prone to scratches and stuff. What do you guys suggest? -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
