 Air Bag Removal |

I did some searching, and found that some people disconnected the battery and waited 15 minutes before going back to work on the car, to ensure that the air bags wouldn't pop out.
I need to remove both of them, so what's the safest way to do this? Disconnect the battery, then wait 15 minutes, then disconnect the plug for the air bag module underneath the center console? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh please, you people complaining about removing the dash aren't real men. Real men figure out they forgot something and have to drive their stripped car to home depot with no dash. REAL men aren't afraid of fiberglass... wait.. dangit.
One more word of advice coomer- keep your head out of the way, just in case. |
