My digital camera won't let me transfer files to the memory card from the computer unless I update the drivers for the camera which is fine with me but my wife likes the default windows drivers which are easier for her. My question is this. Can I set up each user account to load a different driver for the camera? If so, how? I have Windows XP Pro and the camera is a Kodak CX6330.

i have a HP digital and I do the exact same thing you do. My family likes to have everything automaticaly uploaded to the My Pictures folder, and new folders are created and dated. I, in the other hand, use it as a cheap storage device. What i do is, i go into the settings of the camera, and tell it to act like a storage devide, and i have the HP software installed that auto uploads ect.
do you have the kodak program installed? Maybe you can teach your wife how to use the kodak program. They are usually pretty user friendly. |

I guess if I need to upload something I can deal with changing drivers.
