Front suspension squeks, Like a rusty shocks Options

Everytime my car bounces up and down over speed bumps or just dips in the road the front squeks like a rusty bed would squek.

Could it be my shocks? How much would it cost to be replaced? And should I just go ahead and drop my car along with it?

is the ride noticible worse then when it did not sqeek, Its probilby nothing but its worth going under the hood and tightning the bults that hold the strut on, then going under the car and tightning the bults down there that hold it one, make sure there very tight, (I dont know what the specs are as to have tight but its pretty tight.

once thats done, post if its still there, i'll try to think of something else it could be.
