I just saw them on ebay and i didnt know any such thing exists... I thought they were all electronic and costs a sh*t load... Anyone ever used a manual boost controller and is it really a cheap alternative to the expensive electronic versions?

You can build your own for 20 bucks. VERY simple, all parts can be sourced at your local hardware store. If you're serious, I'll try to dig up the how to
