 Front suspension squeks, Like a rusty shocks |

Everytime my car bounces up and down over speed bumps or just dips in the road the front squeks like a rusty bed would squek.
Could it be my shocks? How much would it cost to be replaced? And should I just go ahead and drop my car along with it? |

yeah my car does the exact same thing in the front, BUT i've only noticed it when it's cold out
