I have a 94 celica st .....what's the best way to get more power? New engine? Bore out the engine i have now? Is it a pain in the ass to do a 3s-gte swap? does anyone know any place around Connecticut to get good work done on celicas?

the 3sgte swap is really easy to do yourself just be sure that you by the TOYOTA REPAIR MANUAL.... don't use chilton's cuz it's wrong.
Newayz the 4agze out of the mr2 or levins do not work in the 6th gen.... different subfames.... not trying to get on you myneyes but I looked into this swap and it's way too much work and money... eventhough I really like the idea of 8 sparks in a four cylinder... not to mention a charger...mmmmmm. The 3sgte is the engine of choice for a 6th gen... usally under 5k for the swap, easy to reach 400hp+ and tons of aftermarket support... -------------------- ![]() 99 project version 3.0.. hello SEMA 2010 =) |
