I know in the UK they think a lot of American cars are vulgar looking and very simplistic in terms of assembly. They are constantly on about suspension and how American cars can't turn, and rightfully so, because new American cars (the c6 vette i think) have LEAF SPRINGS!!

First off, check out the spec, the new c6 has leaf springs, and furthermore, I've driven the c5 and although it has grunt, it handles like garbage when contrasted to it's european counterparts. The clutch feels like shifting would in a truck, the car can't take corners, it's skittish at the limits and the interior is garbage. It's big fun for kicks and maybe straight line performance, but It simply dosen't handle. I've driven a carrera c4 and an m3 and I can say without doubt they handle much better through corners. Don't speak out of ignorance wink.gif
