My stock CD player ain't reading my regular and burnt CDs. All it does is keep spitting the CD back out! Does anyone know what wrong with it ?

Well, it depends on if it's a CD-R, or CD-RW disc you're trying to play. I've NEVER seen a CD deck that didn't play CD-R's, but I've seen quite a few that won't read CD-RW's. Also, make sure you check the audio format that you burned it with. There are alot of formats that only your computer can read. I went ahead and broke bread for a deck that will play anything, I had some of the same problems you did. Or, there's always minidisc!!
