I made this thread basically for archival purposes. I have a 95 Celica ST and installed 92 GTS rear disk brakes on it. They work fine... just be sure to adjust the E-brake before you install the rotors.

how did you guys go about on tuning these breaks.
isn;t it dangerious to have more stoping power on the rear then the front? |

[right][snapback]231339[/snapback][/right] There isn't much "tuning" needed. The rear discs should stop as normally as did the rear drums. The proportioning valves seems to be the same between the ST drums and GT discs. The differences in pressure may be related to the brake lines, which the ST drums use small metal lines and the GT calipers use typical rubber lines.
