the other night something hit my car on the freeway and it knocked a screw off from my bodykit...so i was taking off my front bumper and i decided that as long as i had my bumper off id put the safety bar on....but i soon realized that the bar wasnt going on without cutting a big chunk from my bodykit or from my safety bat...so i decided to cut my bar.... the bar is divided into three pieces and i measured and saw that if i cut of the botom piece it would clear my kit....so i got a circular saw with a metal cutting blade and cu off the bottom peice...and it fit perfect.....well i painted it lack first so you couldnt see it through the grill..

Congratulations, this was a topic we have discussed many times...
I am glad that it fit...  Do you have a picture with the total amount of the bar that you removed? can you take a picture from the front to see how it looks? That was the front bumper I wanted but I was not willing to remove the bar... now that I know I dont have to.... |
