 Zglide style, difference in lip and bumper |

What is the difference in appearance of the lip and the whole bumper? Does one sit lower than the other. I would like to get the one that sits higher so i could lower the car more. Does the fitment of each the same or does one fit different than another?

the style 404 is the whole bumper correct? now, is there any difference from that and the zephyr lip as in appearance wise? when you look at 2 different celicas, one with lip and one with whole front bumper, what would you see different?
