lol, I also talked to the owner on your behalf.
Joseph is the worker, Mike (I keep forgetting his name) is the owner. Mike said that he will refund you if you'd like, and that all customers that ordered the 100 degree should have been notified. If you'd like to email sales@extremedoors.com, he says that he will take care of this right away. I was also told that that had a hard month with the holidays, the site special, and I'm sure (sounding young) college. He insures me that all transactions shouldn't take over 10 business days in the future. Please let me know how it goes. -Ti |
