 Question for Moscow 6gc owners, Why Moscow cars does not wear body kit? |

A friend from the Celica Owners Club Ultimate in Japan notice that 6gc cars in Moscow are without body kits (lips,side skirts etc).Is there any reason for that?Cuz of the snow???
