 Zglide style, difference in lip and bumper |

What is the difference in appearance of the lip and the whole bumper? Does one sit lower than the other. I would like to get the one that sits higher so i could lower the car more. Does the fitment of each the same or does one fit different than another?

my friend is sitting at 3 1/2 inches... needless to say hes had a few incidents.
