 popping noise -and now problems with the new axles, no more ABS |

I've heard other cars make this noise, and I was wondering if anyone knows what it is. When I turn at small speeds in 2nd gear (I haven't heard it in 1st or 3rd), I hear an intermittent popping sound at the front wheels. Anyone have an idea what it is?

yes they are also very cheap to fix...... the cv boots taht is... and the popping my car did it to... it ended up being my spring was fudgcicled... i bought some aftermarket ones and haven't had a problem since. now is it that it is popping or is is like a grinding clang pop...
