I have that setup right now.  Good springs and KYB is a nice OEM+ replacement.  You should just install yourself as its really not that hard and a How-To is made on the main page.

Why u need a garage, I did mine in my drive way with the $100 sears 151 tools set.
Save the $200 and buy some tools, and then do it in your drive way. **** I even have done a set in apartment building parking lot on my friends car.
