I bought this Rear Strut bar on Dec. 13 off ebay. I pay-paled the guy so he had my money right when I bought it. I was patient with him as he told me he was having issues getting it shipped. for like2 weeks I waited patiently. Then like 3 weeks ago he told me he had it shipped but he didn't have a tracking number because he sent it US Postal. that was the last time I had heard from him. So tonight I sent him one last email telling him that he has 2 days to refund my money because it shouldn't take a month to send something like this.
If he doesn't send me the money back by Wednesday night, I told him I'm going to report him to ebay and to paypal. Now you might be thinking that this is a little over the top.. But I checked his feedback stuff and 8 out of the last 30 people who bought something from him NEVER received it. I'm thinking I got scammed. What do you think about this? Should I have been a little more patient? --------------------  |

well i think ebay and paypal might do something this time if you and I both file complaints about the same guy and the same item. This one would be hard for him to get away with. That Strut bar isn't something I've seen on ebay before. I think its pretty well marked that he scammed us both with the same item.
