 rear emblems, removing them |

i was thinking about removing the rear emblems that say toyota celica (on back left) and just leaving the one that says GT... i was wodnering if i take em off will there be a messy glue left behind and if so how do i take it off?
will there be any holes i have to fix? -Chris |

heat gun or hair dryer. Remove the residue with careful rubbing withan adhesive remover and fingernails, and then some wax/polishing compund makes it new again.

[right][snapback]235293[/snapback][/right] Yep, if you use a heat gun though, be careful not to get the paint too hot, as excessive heat will damage it. Also, it's possible that the paint under the glue and emblem may be a different shade due to age of the paint and paint care and stuff...just something to think about so you're not shocked once the emblems are off.
