as some of you may know I got into a bit of an accident a few months back. I recently took a trip down to the bodyshop to get an idea of how much the repair would cost. he gave me a great price but also claimed that he could repair the damaged rear bumper. now as far as I know the plastic/urethane composite the bumper covers consist of can not be repaired very easily. does this seem at all questionable to you guys?

I know they sell plastic filler to fill the cracks and tears...I was just using it to fill holes in my door panels. I don't know about popping the polyurethane back out where it's dented in though.
