Don't get too into it guys. Online is cool, but know your limits. I was really good...too good in fact for being under 18. Well, I won a little over 6,000 in one tournament at pokerstars. Anything over 5k and they check your SSN...saw I was underage. I had to give up those winnings and pay back all the crap I had cashed out before that...I had been playing for 4 months prior and had cashed out 4200. I had a nice credit card bill for 4200 (my parents' bill as they bailed me out but I had to pay them back), not to mention I got my best friend who is over 18 playing...and he ended up in debt way over his head because he doesn't play well at all and thinks he can win it back. Online gambling is dangerous, granted I was stupid and did it while I was under 18...but still. My best friend is a bad case as well. The money is invisible, you don't see it leaving your credit card or checking account or whatever, but trust me it's gone if you lose it. Just be careful guys, I'd hate to see any of you lose your car over it.

BTW, in two months I paid back the credit card bill, so you can turn it around. Turned 18 and started going to the local card club. He he, poker is fun if you know how to mess with peoples' heads.
