 Turbo Q, Help! |

Simple q, is the turbine supposed to spin freely in a turbo thats not installed, or are you not supposed to be able to turn it with your fingers???? It's outside of my car btw for anyone that didn catch that.

the turbine should spin freely
although it should not wiggle, that would be called "shaft play" and means the turbo is on its way out. |
