 Turbo Q, Help! |

Simple q, is the turbine supposed to spin freely in a turbo thats not installed, or are you not supposed to be able to turn it with your fingers???? It's outside of my car btw for anyone that didn catch that.

interesting......well looks to me like ive got myself a bad turbo then, because my turbo doesnt spin AT ALL, theres no shaft play, but the turbine doesnt spin its locked there....
