 Turbo Q, Help! |

Simple q, is the turbine supposed to spin freely in a turbo thats not installed, or are you not supposed to be able to turn it with your fingers???? It's outside of my car btw for anyone that didn catch that.

are u talking hot side or cold side? try to feel the inside of the housing to see if theres marks made by the wheel scraping it.
No you cant use WD40 lol - you'll need a rebuild. -------------------- |
