 Turbo Q, Help! |

Simple q, is the turbine supposed to spin freely in a turbo thats not installed, or are you not supposed to be able to turn it with your fingers???? It's outside of my car btw for anyone that didn catch that.

HAHA!!! They spin, they just needed a little force, i just wasnt pushing hard enough thats all, probably helped that its warmed up now that its in my room. Anyways is it supposed to be able to just turn with no problem or is some force needed to spin the blades?
