"It is illigal for a cop not to present themselfes to you befor its too late, that means that if they hind behind a bush and catch you speeding, take it to court, it was illigal. you will get off on thoes grounds.
therefor I do belive that undercover cop cars are not allowed to give a ticket, and I think there mostly used for other things anyway, or are just not clasified as undercover to get around the law, but you can fight it." thats the biggest BS i've ever heard of...all they have to do is show you their badge once they pull you over. and the car has to have the signal lights on it to be legal but they can hide/drive whatever long as they have the lights and badge to prove they are a cop oh and has to be on duty...and thats the primary reason they have undercover cars is for sting ops and traffic lol come on thats just common sense... and no they dont' call it undercover they never have its called "unmarked police vehical" and they can do what ever they want as long as they do it in their jurisdiction yea fairfax is hard as crazy to get away with stuff there are cops practically every block you go for the most part + |
