aight well i just passed my salesman test yesterday so im oficially a real estate agent....anyone eslse an agent too or a broker??? if u are can u post some pointers or just some stuff u think is important to know like how the market is and if it will continue to do soo well thanks

You're definately in a good field. I did it last year when I was in college and it was a great experience. Every salesperson has their own style. I let the clients look for themselves while I was there and I let them ask me questions when they had them. Sometimes, when I knew that the clients were new to the whole process, I would take them on the tour throughout the house. Find whatever makes you and your client comfortble and that's what will work. Maryland/DC/Virginia have a booming market right now so you are in the right place. I was in Boston so I did fairly well.
