I'm kind of in the same position as you, I can't really choose a major. I think that if you find their website you should be able to access the business department and email someone who could help select some general business courses. If you need I have some friends here who are business majors and I could ask them some things if you want.
I think the MBA on or off campus refers to whether you are going to go onto your Master of Business Administration on campus during the day or if you wanted to do night classes (off campus), in case you want to get a job after your bachelors. Again, if you email someone in the department they could probably help you out some more. BA definitly covers your 4 year degree, and I'm not sure about the credentials.
