hey all,
i am getting rdy to do this mod and am trying to decide if red lighting gel or something like that will look as good as i want. i think i can make a red clock from jcwhitney work with a little bit of playin around. i want it to look dark and bright(not pink) so if you guys with it could post here so i can see some of your pics to decide which to try. i have seen a few pics that make the numbers look grayish will red surrounding but i want just red numbers thx storm |

QUOTE(stormtrupr @ Jan 31, 2005 - 3:37 PM) i have seen a few pics that make the numbers look grayish will red surrounding but i want just red numbers Thats what happens when you take a picture of it- it looks white with red around. As for being able to get bright red, you'll never get it. Physically impossible. The light coming out of the clock isn't bright enough, and red light is the weakest light in the spectrum. Other cars that come stock red are adjusted for this; but not ours. Everytime you put a gel or a tint on a light, it gets dimmer. jcwhitney? |
