Have you seen the new Kicker line up? They have a new line called Solo X. It has an 18" sub that has 5,000 watts RMS, 10,000 watts peak. This thing weighs 100 pounds. Even their 10" and 12" are 2,500 watts RMS, 5,000 peak. Who needs that much power in a sub. . wow. . . If you thought people were hard of hearing before. .

I have Kicker 4" Resolution components and 8" RMB-8 Midbass in my front doors, and when they work right they sound awesome together. Lately I've had some electrical gremlins that keep popping up, and not enough time to fix. But take my word...having bass up front AND in the trunk sounds great.
