Found a 99 GT Celica with the whole end smashed!, will this effect the 40k miles on it?

Guest_DJMC_Celica_* Guest_DJMC_Celica_* View Member Profile	Ok, i did some searching near my house, and a guy had import cars near his house, and he said they were for parts only! no resale of the car. He has 1 Toyo Celica which was T-Boned and the whole end is practicaly missing. BUT! The speedometer says, 40354! Damn thats low! He said he got it from an auction in PA! So i popped what was left of the hood, and it has a beautiful 5sfe in there, since some people like TI know i have been having problems. So if i purchased this engine would it be a clean swap, or would i have problems because its been in a accident?!!! Thanks, Ryan p.s. anyone interested he has 1 good headlight left on the passenger side its the low beam.
